Q.01What is reusable packaging management software?
Reusable packaging management software tracks returnable assets such as crates, pallets, kegs and IBCs through every handover between partners. Rotion gives each asset a digital identity and records who holds it, where and for how long. That record drives loss attribution, deposit settlements and PPWR reuse reporting.
Q.02What does Autopilot do?
Autopilot is the AI agent in Rotion. It watches every scan, notices anomalies such as assets overdue at a partner, proposes the next action with its reasoning and a confidence score, and acts once you approve. Routine actions like reminders can run on their own. Every action is logged and can be undone.
Q.03Do our partners need new hardware or labels?
No. Rotion reads the QR codes, barcodes, RFID tags and GS1 GRAI identifiers already on your fleet. Partners join with any phone and a link, and SSCC batching lets them scan a whole load once per handling step.
Q.04How does Rotion help with PPWR?
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (2025/40) requires operators of reusable packaging to evidence reuse. Calculation rules apply from 30 June 2027 and reuse targets from 2030. Rotion produces reuse rates and cycle counts from asset-level scan records, so every figure traces back to the scans behind it.
